Ahhh, the NCL Encore Haven. If you’re looking for your personal sanctuary, then this is where you want to be. Yes, it’s a little more pricey, but in my opinion, it’s well worth it! We booked our first Haven on the Encore and have decided that from now on, that’s all we’re going to book going forward!
The amenities are amazing – from the private dining room and concierge to the pool and sun deck, everything is top-notch. Plus, you get priority boarding and disembarking, so you don’t have to waste any time waiting in line. It’s truly the best way to experience a cruise!

Have you ever been on a cruise? I have, and let me tell you; it is THE best way to vacation. I mean, what’s not to love? You’re basically in a floating hotel with all the amenities of land-based resorts, plus a few extra perks thrown in for good measure.
And the best part is that you get to explore different destinations without having to worry about packing and unpacking your bags every few days. Recently, I had the opportunity to cruise on NCL Encore, and I was blown away by how amazing the ship was. From the moment I stepped on board, I was impressed by the range of amenities on offer.
There was everything from multiple restaurants and bars to a state-of-the-art gym and spa. And, of course, there were plenty of activities to keep me entertained throughout the voyage. Whether I was taking part in trivia quizzes or enjoying live musical performances, I always had something to do. NCL Encore truly offers the ultimate cruising experience, and I can’t wait to sail on her again.
If you’re a fan of Broadway shows, then you’ll definitely want to catch Kinky Boots and Choir of Men while you’re onboard the NCL Encore. These two professional-grade shows are complementary, but if you’re looking for something different, you might want to check out Happy Hour Prohibition- the Musical. This one comes with a cost of $29.99, but it’s definitely worth it! NCL Encore is one of the newest cruise ships from the Norwegian Cruise Line, and it features a variety of exciting amenities for passengers to enjoy. One of the most popular attractions on board is the racetrack, which spans over two decks and is the largest at sea. Guests can drive around the track in electric cars, reaching speeds of up to 40 miles per hour.
My wife and I drove the cars one night just to say we did it, and I begged my wife to do it again the next night. I loved the feeling of speed and adrenaline coursing through my veins, and I can’t wait to do it again on our next cruise.

NCL Encore is a relatively new ship, launched in 2019. It’s one of the luxurious NCL Breakaway Plus class ships. NCL Encore is packed with amazing amenities, like the race track, laser tag, water slides, and casino.
The casino is open when the ship is at sea and closed when it’s in port. If you’re feeling lucky, you can try your hand at the slots or one of the table games. Just be sure to set a budget for yourself and stick to it. I like to go to the casino right after dinner when we’re at sea. It’s a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the port.

NCL Encore has some great amenities that I, unfortunately, haven’t had a chance to take advantage of yet. They have a really cool-looking tube slide and drop slide that I’ve seen people go down, and it looks like a ton of fun. I’m honestly a bit too old for it now, but if I was 20 years younger, I think I would have definitely taken advantage of it.
They also have a really large pool that looks like the perfect place to relax with a drink in hand and catch some rays. They even have a dedicated kids area with shallower water so they can enjoy the pool as well. All in all, NCL Encore has some great amenities that are perfect for people of all ages.

NCL Encore has a plethora of amenities to offer its guests, one of which is its excellent fitness center. The fitness center is fully equipped with the latest workout machines and free weights, so you can get a great workout no matter what your fitness level.

And if you need some motivation, the view from the fitness center is simply stunning- you can watch the ship sail away while you get your sweat on! NCL Encore has a plethora of amenities and one of those just so happens to be their food. I would say dining is my favorite thing to do on the ship. Their my-time dining is perfect for me because there are no reservations to make if you want to just have a meal anytime you’re hungry.
I’m going to start with the places you can eat that are complementary to the ship. NCL has 21 different dining options, including three main dining rooms, buffets, cafes, bars, grills, and more. They also have 24-hour room service when you just can’t make it out of bed.
This is all available to you at no extra cost because it’s included in your cruise fare! You heard that right; complimentary fine dining is something NCL is known for. Some people might think the food wouldn’t be as good because it’s free, but NCL Encore goers beg to differ, the food is absolutely amazing. Each night there is a new menu with different entrees and desserts, so you’re never bored. If you have any dietary restrictions don’t worry, NCL has got you covered with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

If you’re looking for a great place to relax and watch the big game, NCL Encore has you covered. They offer a classic pub-style atmosphere that’s open 24 hours a day, so you can always catch the game no matter what time it is. And my personal favorite dish is fish and chips. They’re definitely the best I’ve ever had! But NCL Encore isn’t just a great place to watch the game. It’s also a great place to eat after a night of dancing and cocktails. The food was fresh, and there was a great variety, including both American and international options. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. NCL Encore Haven is one of the best places to eat on the ship. We decided to try Haven when we went on this cruise, and I hate to say it but we’re spoiled now and will only go to Haven from now on. The restaurant is amazing. The menu is amazing, and the staff is amazing!!!
We met our server the first day on the cruise, and from that point on we always asked for her. She was so attentive and personable. NCL Encore Haven has a lot of great amenities, but in my opinion, the best amenity is the food. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m not even that picky of an eater. NCL Encore Haven is definitely worth the money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great cruise experience.

NCL Encore’s Cagney’s steakhouse is one of my favorite places to eat on the ship. I always get the prime rib and never leave hungry. You will find almost any cut of meat that you’re looking for here.
